I purposefully selected this image for the cover to remind SAL practitioners of their ROYAL POTENTIAL for existential growth attainable through Self-Action Leadership (SAL). When my wife, Lina, and I were courting back in 2007, our "Special Place"—where we would go to spend time alone together—was at the base of the King and Queen towers. We have sweet memories of the time we spent there together.
This peaceful and picturesque corporate campus was also a place where I occasionally stole away on my own to reflect, ponder, and pray. Sometimes I would access an elevated view of the property, gaze out on the beautiful buildings and gorgeous grounds, and dream about the future of Freedom Focused and our own corporate campus that would someday be built.
Suffice it to say, this location was a place where DREAMS—both personal and professional—were spawned, and a setting where Lina and I (or just myself) could retire to restore our souls. All self-action leaders ought to have such a place (or places) where they can steal away from time-to-time to regain their bearings, enjoy the peace and quiet of solitude, and otherwise maintain their sanity amidst a world increasingly enveloped in crisis and turmoil.

Volume II—The Self-Action Leadership Model—contains the last four (4) sections of the 2-volume text. It outlines, explicates, and fleshes out the SAL Model in all of its original components and unique particulars. It also includes the appendices for the combined volume as well as the Freedom Focused Corporate Declaration of Independence and Constitution.
